Who we are
Almeer Gen. Cont. Est. was established in 2003 as a contracting establishment, a Saudi-owned company. We are a team of technically qualified engineers from different parts of the world. Our main business is directed towards electrical, civil construction, mechanical erection and also the areas of oil refineries, petrochemical plants, dewatering services, steel plants and fertilizer plants.
We participate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's social & economic development, with 100% Saudi national ownership.

We develop and implement quality system standards to improve product quality performance and the overall effectiveness of the system, developing the skills of our employees through structured training and utilizing only qualified personnel.
Safety Policy
The safety, health and wellbeing of people, accident prevention and the protection of the environment are fundamental principles. Our staff are committed to communicating and implementing all regulations and instructions to enable work to be carried out safely. Our health and safety programme eliminates accidents at job sites through weekly and monthly safety awareness meetings.
General & Facility Maintenance
We handle all types of short-form and long-form plant maintenance works related to civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines — including waste disposal and routine cleaning of office, sanitary and other facilities.
